1. Low Cost
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly heavy-duty roads built with ER and LE (Long Enzyme) are more cost-effective than traditional roads in same level.
2. Low-Carbon and energy saving
It consumes lots of engery to produce bituminous concrete, and the temperature will reach to 155-165 °C, the compaction temperature is about 140-150 °C, and it releases lots of harmful gases during production and construction. Concrete roads consume a lot of cement, and the grinding and high-temperature calcination processes carried out in the production process of cement need to consume a lot of fuel and electricity, and at the same time release a large number of harmful gases.
On the other hand, our new-gen material is mixed and paved at ordinary temperature (need to avoid construction in winter), which has obvious advantages in energy saving, emission reduction and low carbon.
3. Environmentally friendly
ER and LE are both on-corrosive, green and environmentally friendly products, which cost no harm to roadside plants. They can be safely used even in highly sensitive area.
4. Long Life Span
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly heavy-duty roads built with ER and LE has long life span up to 10-15 years.
5. Ready for Traffic Immediately after Construction
Normal Traffic won’t be affected during construction. After the completion of construction, traffic can be back to normal very soon as it requires no maintenance period as traditional roads, which reduces the interference for traffic, does no harm to economic benefits of road service.
6. Easy to Maintain
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly heavy-duty roads built with ER and LE are easy to maintain. Its maintain only requires normal mixing, filling, scraping and rolling, and is ready for normal traffic immediately after maintenance. But the operation for traditional roads is much more difficult, and more expensive to maintain, and it also affects normal traffic and further affects performances of enterprises.
7. Reusable, Low Cost with High Efficiency
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly heavy-duty roads built with ER and LE are easy to demolish for further return to field. Meanwhile road materials are reusable when refilled with new solution.
