What Are The Benefits Of ER?

1. Low Cost
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly heavy-duty roads built with ER and LE (Long Enzyme) are more cost-effective than traditional roads in same level.
2. Low-Carbon and energy saving
It consumes lots of engery to produce bituminous concrete, and the temperature will reach to 155-165 °C, the compaction temperature is about 140-150 °C, and it releases lots of harmful gases during production and construction. Concrete roads consume a lot of cement, and the grinding and high-temperature calcination processes carried out in the production process of cement need to consume a lot of fuel and electricity, and at the same time release a large number of harmful gases.
On the other hand, our new-gen material is mixed and paved at ordinary temperature (need to avoid construction in winter), which has obvious advantages in energy saving, emission reduction and low carbon.
